FlySafe App Terms of Purchase

Welcome to the FlySafe app ("We," "The Service"), developed and provided by Tona Daniele. Before using the FlySafe app, please carefully read and accept the following Terms of Purchase. By using the FlySafe app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Purchase.
1. License of Use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the FlySafe app on your mobile devices and tablets. This license is subject to these Terms of Sale and the FlySafe End User License Agreement (EULA), if applicable.
2. App Purchase
To purchase the FlySafe app, you must follow the payment procedures indicated on the online store from which you download the app (Apple App Store). App prices may vary and are subject to change.
3. Refund Policy
No refunds will be granted after the purchase of the FlySafe app. We encourage you to carefully evaluate the app before making the purchase.
4. Updates
Periodic updates to the FlySafe app may be released. Updates may include bug fixes, new features, or improvements. However, we are not obligated to provide updates and may do so at our discretion.
5. Service Use
The FlySafe app is intended for personal, non-commercial use. Distribution, sale, rental, sublicensing, or transferring your app license to third parties without our written consent is not permitted.
6. Limitation of Liability
The use of the FlySafe app is at your own risk. We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages caused by the use or inability to use the app.
7. Changes to Terms of Purchase
We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms of Purchase at any time. Changes will be posted on this site and will be immediately effective. It is your responsibility to regularly check the Terms of Purchase for any updates.

9. Subscription and Automatic Renewal
The FlySafe app is available through a paid subscription. The subscription is subject to automatic renewal unless canceled at least 24 hours before its expiration. The subscription cost and renewal conditions will be specified within the app and on your app store account management page.
10. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel the subscription at any time, but it must be done at least 24 hours before the current subscription period expires. Cancellation can be done by following the instructions provided on your app store account management page.
11. Refund Policy for Subscriptions
No refunds will be granted for ongoing subscriptions. The subscription will remain active until the end of the current subscription period, even if you decide to cancel the subscription before it expires.
12. Changes to Subscription Terms
We reserve the right to make changes to the subscription terms at any time. Changes will be notified to you through the app or on your account management page.
By accepting these Terms of Purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the conditions described herein. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the FlySafe app.
